Summarised gist of Message:
1. In the Video - What is not right? The warnings!
· Warning signal 1: We cannot scare/ force someone into Christianity.
· Warning signal 2: We cannot treat people as statistics, we are not sales person/ insurance agents
Q1 : Do you think it is possible to scare people into loving God?
2. What does it mean to be in tune with Him? What does it mean to walk in His Purpose?
· Ps Bryan shared in service: when we walk in His will and His heart. To live in accordance to His heart’s desires.
· To love God and love People.
“Teacher, what is the most important commandment in the Law?” Jesus answered “Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, and mind’ This is the first and most important commandment. The second most important commandment is like this one. And it is ‘Love others as much as you love yourself.’ All the Laws of Moses and the Books of the Prophets are based on these two commandments.”

Q2 : What is our role and mission as Christians?
To love God, love people, intercede for them, and let God do the rest.
3. What’s Jesus’ heart for the people? What does evangelism mean to Christ?
Jesus’ response is to love, love God with everything that you have and then love those around you in the same kind of way. Jesus doesn’t separate loving God and loving others. For Jesus, everything hangs on these two. And so the defining mark of a Christian is love.
Q3: What first drew you to Christ?
Prayer Pointers
1) Ask God to check our hearts. Are there times when we behaved like the bullhorn guy, trying to push our way around and evangelizing for the wrong motives?
2) Or have we, worse still, kept the gospel to ourselves and not sharing with others the good news. Have we carried out the Great Commission?
3) Have we loved God and not loved people or loved people and not love God? People = not necessarily referring to oikos, but even our believer brothers and sisters. Is that someone that you need to release to God today?
