Dinner at Blk 79 Circuit Road on 13th Jan

Service: -3 out of 5 marshmallows.
Apparently the vendor from the drinks stall was not used to seeing such a huge crowd of 13 coming for dinner all at once, and appeared pretty helpless for a while. What earned him the negative points is the fact that he was actually muttering under his breath and chasing us away after we were almost done with our meal because he needed chairs for another table of customers... Next time if you're dropping by there, maybe you'd like to bring your own chairs...
Food: 3.5 out of 5 marshmallows.
Service aside, food's pretty commendable--the rojak, the RiTing zi-char (very, very fresh ingredients they use), the BBQ chicken wings, the Stingray, the fish soup... ... (char kway tiao and the orr-jian are a lil too oily though)
Ambience: 1 out of 5 marshmallows
Maybe if you can find a seat which will not allow you to catch glimpses of bikini babes in the campy Hokkien music videos they blast each time you lift your eyes from your food, it'd be better.

Signing off,
Miss Foodie
